A prime example is the implementation of Resolution No. 12-NQ/HU (July 22, 2022) of the Trieu Son District Party Executive Committee, which strengthens the Party’s leadership in mobilizing people to donate land for expanding rural roads. Many officials and Party members led by example, voluntarily donating land and assets, as well as contributing labor to road expansion efforts. Their actions inspired local people to follow this deed. Since 2022, residents of Tho Cuong Commune have donated nearly 800 square meters of residential land, along with hundreds of millions of VND worth of assets, to expand district roads from 7 meters to 10.5 meters wide. As a result, both living standards and community infrastructure have significantly improved, with the average annual income per capita reaching VND55 million.

According to Pham Xuan Ky, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tho Cuong Communal Party Committee, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh has deeply influenced every household and individual, fostering strong community solidarity and driving the success of practical, effective initiatives that accelerate local economic and social development. In Quan Hoa District, following President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings has become a motivational force for achieving local political and development goals. Notable initiatives include Thanh Son Commune’s “Environmental Protection Linked to New Rural Development” model, implemented across villages; the Women's Union’s “Turning Waste into Money” program, now active in all 15 communes and townships; the Farmers' Union’s household waste management program, promoting waste collection, classification, and treatment; the District Youth Union’s support program for young entrepreneurs, helping youth develop family-based businesses; and the District People’s Committee’s “Friendly Authority, Serving the People” initiative, aimed at improving public services and governance.

According to Ha Van Thuy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quan Hoa District Party Committee, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style has become a continuous and ingrained practice among officials, Party members, and local communities, contributing to economic and social progress. In 2024, the district's economy continued its stable growth, with its economic structure shifting in a positive direction. Compared to the same period last year, many sectors showed significant improvement, with the total production value estimated at VND2.385 trillion, an increase of 4.51%, and the average per capita income reaching VND34.1 million per year, up 8.87%.

Across Thanh Hoa Province, many localities and organizations are effectively implementing initiatives inspired by President Ho Chi Minh. For example, Thanh Hoa City’s authorities and residents focus on developing one to two practical, meaningful models annually at the ward and commune levels, selecting key breakthrough areas for implementation. The Hoang Hoa District Party Committee directs each collective and individual to link their learning efforts with Resolution No. 4 (11th and 12th Central Party Congress) on Party Building. Local Party committees focus on solving pressing social issues, ensuring that learning from President Ho Chi Minh leads to tangible, impactful changes. By integrating President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings into everyday actions, communities and local governments across Thanh Hoa Province are creating lasting, positive transformations in governance, economic growth, and public welfare./.
