Developing culture and people to meet Ha Nam's requirements for sustainable development

At the conference, Nguyen Toan Thang, Former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development, of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, suggested a number of key solutions in building and developing culture and people to meet the requirements of building Ha Nam province for sustainable development.

According, Ha Nam needs to strengthen the popularization, mobilization and education of the people about the position, role and importance of culture, sports and tourism in social life.

The province also needs to actively fight to prevent and combat the manifestations of ideological and moral degradation, “self-evolution”, and “self-transformation” in the cultural field; and improve the efficiency of State management of culture, sports, tourism and family in the province.

In addition, Ha Nam needs to strengthen the coordination between sectors, districts, cities and towns to well implement the approved Programs and Schemes; focus on developing human resources on culture, sports and tourism; improve the quality of tourism human resources, grassroots sports guides, family collaborators at grassroots level; and have policies to attract talent, especially in the fields of culture, art, and sports.

Ms Le Thi Thanh Ha, Member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, and Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education, asked each cadre, party member, civil servant, and public employee to promote their sense of responsibility, spirit of dedication and effort in building and developing culture and people to meet the requirements of building Ha Nam province sustainably./.
