On November 2, in Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province, the inauguration ceremony of the work to embellish the relic on Uncle Ho's visit to the Chi Hoa Manufacturing Group was held.

At the ceremony, Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the work has great political, cultural and social significance, contributing to teaching the revolutionary tradition, bolstering the spirit of great solidarity and strong will of Luong Son district in particular and Hoa Binh province in general.
In 1956, Group 1 and Chi Hoa Group were established with the task of reclaiming wasteland and developing the economy in Luong Son district. With excellent achievements in the production process, in 1958, Chi Hoa Manufacturing Group was awarded the third-class Labor Order by the Prime Minister for the achievement in agricultural production and animal husbandry in Luong Son, making many production achievements, and contributing to the economic recovery of construction in the North.
On October 19, 1958, during a visit to Hoa Binh province, President Ho Chi Minh visited the Chi Hoa Manufacturing Group, making it an important event and the pride of the Hoa Binh Party Committee, authority and people.
In October 2019, the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 2180/QD-UBND approving the investment policy to build a work to embellish the relic site where Uncle Ho visited the Chi Hoa Manufacturing Group with a total capital of VND14 billion for the first phase, on an area of 5,972.4 square meters.
Up to now, the first phase of the work has basically completed while the second phase is expected to be carried out using VND10 billion./.
