Speaking at the event, Comrade Nguyen Duc Ha, Former Head of the Party Grassroots Department under the Party Central Committee’s Commission of Organization, introduced the core and important contents of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament.

He emphasized that speaking about the working people, President Ho Chi Minh advised that the Party must have a good plan to develop the economy, culture and society to constantly improve the people's lives.

Therefore, policy credit implemented by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies is a correct policy; creative solutions of the Party, State and Government when mobilizing social resources, connecting the entire political system to poverty reduction work.

He believed that the bank will continue to promote good service to the poor and other policy beneficiaries, ensuring social security to well implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings.

Also at the Conference, Comrade Duong Quyet Thang, Member of the Executive Board of the Central Business Bloc’s Party Committee, Secretary of the Central Bank for Social Policies’s Party Committee, thoroughly grasped the 2024 theme of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style on building culture, Vietnamese people and corporate culture and the bank’s Party building work.

He requested that each official and party member of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies try their best to learn from Uncle Ho’s example, strengthen solidarity, complete assigned tasks well, and strive to achieve higher results to well perform the task of supporting the poor and policy beneficiaries./.
