The contest aims to create conditions for readers and people living, studying and working in HCMC to learn about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, and spread the movement of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; arouse a passion for reading, thereby encouraging and promoting the reading movement in the community, contributing to the formation and development of the reading culture for the people in the city.

The contest received enthusiastic response and the participation of a large number of people in the city, especially high school students, students, teachers and youth union members and retired officials.

The organizing committee received a total of 1,092 entries, including 87 drawings on computer, 96 video clips and 909 articles.

The entries are carefully and beautifully presented, and their contents show deep affection for President Ho Chi Minh, admiration and respect for his great personality.

In particular, the entries all emphasize the spread of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

The Organizing Committee of the contest awarded 64 first, second, third and consolation prizes to the winning contestants./.
