The contest aims to mark the 107th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917 - November 7, 2024) and Vietnam Law Day (November 9).

Implementing Plan No. 260-KH/BTGTU dated August 16, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on organizing the online quiz contest "Learn about the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's Thought, Morality, and Style in 2024"; so that the contest is widely launched, attracting a large number of cadres, party members, civil servants, officials, union members, members of the armed forces, students and people living, studying and working in the province to participate, continue to raise awareness, affirm the great value, practical significance, and influence of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, strongly promote studying and following Uncle Ho; practically

The contest starts from 8:00 a.m. on November 4, 2024. It will end before 24:00 p.m. on November 9, 2024.

The contest is organized in the form of an online multiple-choice test on the Internet, at the address: https://tuyengiaocaobang.vn or the links sent by the Organizing Committee via text messages, Email, Zalo groups, Facebook.... or scan the QRCode:

The contestants are cadres, party members, civil servants, officials, union members, members of the armed forces, students and people living, studying and working in the province. Members of the Organizing Committee and the Organizing Committee's support teams are not allowed to participate in the contest./.
