That is the topic of a scientific conference program organized by the School of Politics of Thai Nguyen, on November 22.
The event is part of the activities aimed at celebrating the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s visit to the Northeastern province of Thai Nguyen (January 1, 1964 - 2024) and the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s visit and talk at the provincial Party School, now the School of Politics (December 31, 1963-2023).

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid special attention to personnel work. From theoretical and practical research, he left behind a system of comprehensive and profound views on cadre training, which has meaningful orientation for the process of training and fostering cadres of the Party and State through all periods.
Through many presentations, the workshop focused on research to assess the current situation, propose solutions to improve the efficiency of studying and following of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on training cadres in political theory education.
Thai Nguyen strives to become one of the modern industrial economic centers of the Northern midland and mountainous region and the Hanoi capital region by 2030, associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Party Central Committee meeting (term XI, XII, XIII) of the Party.
The workshop was organized to raise awareness and action of cadres and party members in promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution of the 20th provincial Party Congress and political tasks of each agency, unit and locality./.
