Over the past time, the effective implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on “Promoting studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style” in Do Luong district (Nghe An province) has not only created drastic change in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people, but also created consensus and strengthened people’s trust in the Party and the government.
In order to well implement Directive 05, the Standing Board of the Do Luong district Party Committee and party executive committees at all levels have focused on leading, directing and seriously implementing Directive 05 and achieved many important results.
The district Party Committee has issued many documents to direct all levels of party executive committees and party organizations to make studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style a key task in annual work programs, associated with the implementation of political tasks of each agency, unit and locality.

During the implementation process, Do Luong focused on putting the contents of Directive 05 into the action plan to realize the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, especially the Resolution of the 20th district Party Congress, with the goal of building Do Luong into a district with comprehensive socio-economic development, reasonable economic structure and synchronous infrastructure, and meeting new-style rural area standards.
Over the past time, many good models and effective ways of following Uncle Ho’s teachings have appeared in various fields. At the district level, 59 collectives and 69 typical individuals were commended for outstanding implementation of Directive 05 and good mass mobilization. At the grassroots level, 285 collectives and typical individuals were also honoured.
In order to well implement Conclusion 01-KL/TW of the Politburo (term XIII), in the near future, Do Luong will continue to raise awareness, and deeply grasp the importance and practical significance of Directive 05 for cadres and party members. The implementation of Directive 05 will be considered a regular task associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Party Central Committee meeting (term XII) on Party building, creating a strong change in awareness and action in the Party and the political system./.
