At the ceremony, delegates and trade union officials and labor union members in Binh Duong offered incense at the Di An Train Depot. This activity aims to commemorate the heroic martyrs who fell for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the struggle of the Vietnamese working class.

Head of the Binh Duong Labor Confederation, Nguyen Kim Loan, said that over the past years, patriotic emulation movements among workers, civil servants and laborers have been enthusiastically and widely deployed throughout the province. Among the workforce, the emulation movements such as “Good Worker, Creative Worker”; “Green - Clean - Beautiful, Labour Safety and Hygiene”; have been implemented enthusiastically, in many forms.

Through the movement, thousands of good models, good practices and many initiatives have appeared.

“Many workers in Binh Duong have had initiatives that save labor, improve work quality, labor safety, and benefit businesses by thousands of billions of dong. The efforts and achievements show that studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style has penetrated deeply, becoming a regular job of trade union members, civil servants, public employees, workers and provincial trade unions at all levels,” said Loan.

The Binh Duong Labor Confederation honored 87 individuals and 44 groups on the occasion of the 134th birth anniversary of Uncle Ho./.
