An Giang launches contest about General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s work associated with studying and following Uncle Ho

The Phu Tan district Party Committee in the Mekong Delta province of An Giang has organized a contest to study content of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s work on the fight against corruption and other negative phenomena, associated with studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.

The contest attracted the participation of 20 contestants representing grassroots party organizations and branches successfully passing the first round by essay writing test.

In the first round, each contestant selected one or more content in the work to write their entry. The article shows the contestants' profound comments about their favorite content, thereby relating it to reality and drawing lessons for individuals, agencies, units and localities to apply in practice.

Ms. Thi Hong Thuy, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Phu Tan District Party Committee emphasized General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s work is a very valuable document both in theory and practice, and can be considered a handbook on policies and guidelines for preventing and combating corruption and negativity.

In the second round, contestants will go through 2 parts, including: presentation and answering questions from the jury.

The organizers selected 11 contestants with high scores at the contest and awarded 01 First prize, 02 Second prizes, 03 Third prizes and 05 Consolation prizes./.
