The Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front of Ninh Binh province organized an event on October 16th to mark the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Ninh Binh (October 18th, 1959 - October 18th, 1919) and 50 years of implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament.
