Through reviewing, building and replicating advanced models and examples of studying and following Uncle Ho in the entire Party Committee in 2023 and the 2023–2025 period, Yen Binh District Party Committee in the northern mountainous province of Yen Bai has 56 collectives and individuals registered for developing advanced models and examples at the provincial level.

Particularly, the district has 40 collectives and 16 individuals registered for building advanced models and examples at the provincial level.
Typical advanced models include: advanced Party organizations; transparent and strong Party cells; emulation movements to build new-style rural areas; and typical advanced models of economic development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction, and legitimate enrichment.
Individual examples registered to build advanced examples include: civil servants, public employees, workers in Party agencies, houses, socio-political organizations, soldiers of the armed forces with 7 individuals; workers in businesses, economic sectors, pupils, students, union members, members of socio-political organizations, political-social-professional organizations, social organizations, social and professional organizations with outstanding achievements.
The registration is expected to make an important contribution to the work of building a transparent and strong Party and government, to be a solid basis for the district Party Committee to continue to make studying and following Uncle Ho a voluntary and regular job of each party committee and government, cadres, party members and people, creating strong motivation for Yen Binh to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out by the 23rd District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025./.
