Uncle Ho's visit to Nam Dinh commemorated

These were parts of the activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Nam Dinh (May 21, 1963 - May 21, 2023).

Responding to the writing contest with the theme "Uncle Ho with Nam Dinh, Nam Dinh with Uncle Ho" launched by the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Nam Dinh City Party Committee has implemented many solutions and effective ways to attract the participation of a large number of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and people.

Accordingly, all 78 grassroots Party organizations participated in the contest, with a total of more than 100,000 entries, accounting for nearly 40% of the total number of tests in the province, with many high quality entries, showing the affection of all classes of cadres, Party members and people of the city towards beloved President Ho Chi Minh.

Notably, the oldest contestant is 106 years old; the youngest contestant is only 7 years old. In addition, there are foreign contestants, or contestants who had the honor of meeting Uncle Ho three times.

At the contest closing ceremony, the group of contestants of the City Armed Forces won the special prize; group of contestants of the Nam Dinh Youth Union won the second prize; contestant Lee Ki Ill, (a Korean from the Vina Ki Co., Ltd.) won the third prize; together with 12 contestants and the group of contestants who won the consolation prize./.
