Addressing the workshop, Pham Chi Thanh, acting Director, Editor-in-chief, and Chairman of the Editing – Publishing Council of the Su That National Political Publishing House, said that President Ho Chi Minh had appreciated the role of education in the country’s prosperity by increasing people’s knowledge, training human resources, fostering talented persons, being the driving force for national development towards an advanced and rich country that can walk abreast with powers around the world.

At present, Vietnam is entering increased national industrialization and modernization, international integration and the fourth industrial revolution, creating diverse opportunities and challenges for the country in general and for education in particular. “Synchronous solutions, including those for increasing educational development, should be implemented to promote the country’s rapid and sustainable development,” said Mr. Thanh. “Adequate and creative research and application of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on educational management in reality is an urgent and long-term task.”
