Since its liberation on April 29th, 1975, thanks to the investment of the Party, State, the Ministry of National Defence, the joint hands of ministries, sectors, central and local agencies, businesses, people nationwide and overseas Vietnamese, together with the armed soldiers’ and islanders’ spirit, Spratly Islands have seen remarkable positive changes.
Such constructions as the Uncle Ho memorial house, martyrs’ memorial, General Vo Nguyen Giap Park, pagoda, traditional house and schools are places of spiritual, cultural and educational exchanges.
