An online meeting was held by the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC)’s Department of Education and Training for all Party members in the Party Committee to study and grasp the theme of the entire term of the 13th National Party Congress with the theme: Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style, on the will to be self-reliant and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Department of Education and Training, said that the implementation of Directive No. 05 CT/TW and theme for the entire term of the 13th National Party Congress has been to carry it out practically and effectively in the spirit of solidarity.
At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Hoang Chi Bao, former member of the Party Central Committee's Theoretical Council, Senior Expert, Head of the Institute for Famous People, shared the hardships and losses of the people in Ho Chi Minh City during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the talk, the professor gave an overview of Uncle Ho's life, career, morality and style; the 110-year historical journey since Uncle Ho went to find a way to save the country, found the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, then giving urgent and immediate measures to implement the theme in the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training./.
