Fifty three years ago, Uncle Ho passed away, leaving countless regrets for the entire Party, people, friends around the world and Nghe An homeland.

During the 79 years of his life, President Ho Chi Minh always gave his homeland sacred and deep feelings. On July 21, 1969, he sent a letter to the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, encouraging the province to strive to quickly make Nghe An one of the best provinces in the North.

The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, authority and people always remember that the last letter Uncle Ho sent was the sacred testament that he dedicated to his homeland and are always deeply aware of the theoretical and practical values, the great and topical significance of this important document.

Following the advice of beloved Uncle Ho over the past 53 years, the Party Committee, authority and people of the province have always made great efforts, promoting the strength of great unity, overcoming all difficulties, enthusiastically contributing to the resistance war against foreign invaders, protecting and constructing the country, actively building the homeland and making outstanding achievements in various fields.

Marking Uncle Ho’s 53rd death anniversary is also an opportunity for the entire Party Committee, authority and people to continue to promote learning and following his ideas, morality, and noble style; being more fully and deeply aware of responsibility and determination to fulfill his expectations./.
