As many as 153 collectives and 239 individuals were honoured on May 14th in Ho Chi Minh city for well studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, during a meeting held by the city Party Committee.

Addressing the meeting, Nguyen Thien Nhan, Politburo member and Secretary of the city Party Committee, reviewed President Ho Chi Minh’s life, career and testament. “They included the great President’s vision and profound analysis and forecast toward the nation’s important events,” he said.
According to Mr. Nhan, his testament mentioned the Party building, people, youth, international workers’ movement, the exemption of agricultural tax, and others. “The collectives and individuals honoured today come from different sectors but all choose to follow Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and style at work, to more effectively serve people, pupils and patients,” he said.
He confirmed that the city had been making efforts to realize the tasks for the year and for the term 2015-2020, using practical solutions.
He also urged all cadres and Party members to contribute more to work, in order to satisfy residents and businesses, and keep Ho Chi Minh city in its role as the nation’s leading economic motive force./.
