On September 4, Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Vice State President, along with members of the central working group and leaders of Thanh Hoa province, came to the Uncle Ho Memorial Cultural Area in Thanh Hoa city to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and other delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, the founder and trainer of the Vietnamese Party, great leader of the nation, and world cultural celebrity. During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh visited Thanh Hoa four times and he always gave special attention and affection to the Party Committee, government, and people in Thanh Hoa province, especially expressing the desire that "Thanh Hoa must become a model province".
In front of the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and delegates expressed their respect, remembering the great merits and sacrifices of Uncle Ho; vowed to promote the glorious revolutionary tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam; expressed their belief in the leadership of the Party Central Committee; and remained absolutely loyal to the revolutionary cause that the Party and Uncle Ho chose that have been fostered by many generations.
They promised to always study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; constantly striving to overcome all difficulties and challenges, determined to build Vietnam to be more and more "dignified, bigger and more beautiful" as always desired by Uncle Ho.
During the trip, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and other delegates visited artifacts and displayed photos with the theme "Forever shining the spirit of National Day September 2".
With nearly 300 photos, during the recent holiday, thousands of people came to commemorate Uncle Ho and visit the exhibition. The exhibition contributed to raising awareness and arousing pride among people of the leadership role of the glorious Party and the great President Ho Chi Minh; reviewing the traditions and sacred feelings, the deep concern of the Party, Uncle Ho for the Party, the government, and the people in Thanh Hoa and Thanh Hoa province’s following of Uncle Ho’s teachings, and other outstanding achievements in all fields to realize the aspiration of prosperity and a model province./.
