The Standing Board of the Bac Giang provincial Party Committee has organized a conference to study and follow Uncle Ho’s teachings on implementing security, welfare and safety.

The conference was held online to 221 bridge points in districts, towns, city the provincial Military Party Committee, the provincial Public Security Party Committee, communes and wards in the province with nearly 20,000 delegates.
In 2024, the northern province of Bac Giang chooses the action motto of security, welfare and safety, taking people as the center and subject, aiming to bring increasingly better lives to the people.
According to Prof. Dr. Hoang Chi Bao, Senior Expert, former member of the Party Central Committee’s Theory Council, the motto encapsulates Uncle Ho’s ideology which Bac Giang has applied to the province’s reality in the spirit of innovation and creativity.
With emotions and scientific communication methods from vivid stories about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, Prof. Dr. Hoang Chi Bao focuses on highlighting the major contents of Uncle Ho’s ideology about respecting the people, promoting democracy, taking care of people's lives, and affirming that “revolution is the cause of the masses”.
He stressed that effectively implementing the above mottos, cadres, party members and leaders need to practice revolutionary ethics, diligence, frugality, integrity, righteousness and tolerance; establish blood relationships with the people; be friends with the people, understand the people's lives, pay attention to the people's lives, sympathize with the people and never be away from the people./.
